Job Description
The Virtual Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting daily operations by handling administrative tasks, managing communications, and assisting with various projects. This position requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and handling email correspondence
- Client Communication: Act as the first point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries and managing communications with professionalism and care
- Document Management: Create, organize, and maintain digital files and documents, ensuring easy access and retrieval
- Project Assistance: Assist with project coordination, including tracking deadlines, organizing information, and ensuring that tasks are completed on time
- Social Media Support: Assist with social media management tasks, such as scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and responding to comments/messages
- Research: Conduct research on various topics as needed, providing summaries and actionable insights
- Billing and Invoicing: Assist with invoicing clients and managing billing records, using tools like QuickBooks
- General Support: Provide support for other tasks and projects as needed, contributing to the smooth operation of the business
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace) and familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Teamwork.com)
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms and tools like Canva is a plus
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information

- Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with QuickBooks Online for invoicing and billing
- Knowledge of email marketing tools like MailChimp
- Experience in the professional organizing or interior design industry
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- College degree and relevant certifications are a plus
Additional Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check and provide at least (3) three professional references
- Availability to work flexible hours
Earning Potential
- Compensation starts at $20/hr with opportunities for advancement commensurate with experience
