4. What geographic areas do you serve?
We serve clients located within Fairfield and New Haven counties in Connecticut. For virtual organizing sessions, we can assist clients anywhere, as long as they have a stable internet connection.
5. How do I get started with A 2 ZEN Clutter Coaching?
We offer a 15-minute free discovery call to discuss the overarching goals and project needs. After that, we will send you a welcome email with a link to our client assessment intake form, which helps us better understand the finer points of your specific goals. Once the form is completed and we have determined that your project aligns with the scope of our service offerings, we will set up a 1-Hr Inital Strategic Pre-Planning Session to kick off your project.
6. What should I expect during a Clutter Coaching session?
During a Clutter Coaching session, we guide you through the process of decluttering and organizing your space. We will analyze your challenges, take note of your pain points, review goals and start formulating a plan of attack to tame the turmoil. We’ll help you make decisions on what to keep, donate, or discard, and provide strategies for maintaining a clutter-free environment long-term.
7. What if I need to cancel or reschedule my session?
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. If you cancel within this time frame, your deposit will be applied to a future session within six months. If less than 24 hours’ notice is provided, additional fees may apply.
8. Do you provide organizing products?
We do not provide organizing products directly, but we can assist in selecting and purchasing storage solutions that best fit your needs and style. We also charge a small materials and supplies fee for any general organizing materials, such as labels, file folders, and garbage bags, used during the session.
9. Are there any situations where you would not be able to continue working on a project?
Yes, in the event that we discover hazardous conditions such as mold, vermin, or structural issues that pose a risk to health and safety, we may need to pause or terminate services until those conditions are addressed. We also reserve the right to stop services if unsecured firearms or other safety concerns are present without proper disclosure.
