Terms & Conditions

Welcome to A 2 ZEN Clutter Coaching, LLC (“We,” “Us,” or “The Company”). By engaging our services, you (“You” or “Client”) agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:
1. Services
A 2 ZEN Clutter Coaching, LLC specializes in providing professional organizing and design services. By using our services, you agree to the terms outlined in this agreement.
2. Fees and Payment
- Decluttering / Organizing Hourly Labor Rate: $100 per laborer, per hour.
- Virtual Clutter Coaching Hourly Rate: $100 per hour.
- Onsite Clutter Coaching Hourly Rate: $125 per hour.
- Interior Design Hourly Labor Rate: $150 per designer, per hour.
- Package Rates: Pricing for all packages is based on the above labor rates. Please refer to your project estimate for a bundled package rate.
- Materials and Supplies Fee: $50 for basic materials and supplies used. Additional charges may apply for any extra materials purchased with your consent. This fee does not cover the cost of organizing and storage products.
- Payment Terms: Payment is due upon completion of each session, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3. Scheduling and Cancellations
- Scheduling: Appointments are scheduled based on mutual availability and after a 50% deposit is received.
- Deposits: All deposits are non-refundable but will be held as a credit towards rescheduling for up to 6 months.
- Cancellations: A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is requested for appointment cancellations.
- Tardiness: Delays of more than 15 minutes from the scheduled start time may incur additional fees.
4. Health and Safety Waiver
- Client Responsibility: You acknowledge that organizing services may involve physical activity. You agree to inform us of any health conditions or physical limitations that may affect your ability to participate.
- Liability Release: You release and hold us harmless from any liability for injuries or accidents during the provision of services, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
5. Client Responsibility for a Safe Environment
- Safe Working Environment: You agree to ensure that the project environment is safe, sound, and healthy, free from hazardous substances.
- Disclosure of Hazards: You must immediately disclose any hazards that arise during the project.
- Right to Terminate or Modify Services: We reserve the right to terminate or modify services if the project environment poses a risk to our team.
- Indemnification: You agree to indemnify us against any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from undisclosed hazardous conditions.
6. Confidentiality Agreement
We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of your personal and business information. This includes any information shared during the provision of our services. We will not disclose this information to third parties without your written consent, except as required by law.
7. Privacy Policy
- Collection of Personal Information: We may collect personal information such as your name, contact details, and payment information to deliver our services effectively.
- Use of Personal Information: Your information will be used solely for managing and executing the services outlined in this agreement.
- Sharing of Personal Information: Your information will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law or necessary to complete the services requested.
- Protection of Personal Information: We take appropriate measures to protect your data from unauthorized access or disclosure.
- Retention of Personal Information: Your information will be retained only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this agreement.
- Your Rights: You have the right to access, update, or request the deletion of your personal information at any time. Please contact us at ad***@a2*****.com to exercise these rights.
8. Photo Release and Use of Project Images
- Consent to Photograph: By agreeing to our services, the Client grants the Contractor and its representatives permission to take photographs of the project areas before, during, and after the organizing process. These photos are used for the sole purpose of documenting the progress and results of the project.
- Use of Photos: You also grant permission for these photographs to be used for marketing, advertising, and promotional purposes, including but not limited to our website, social media platforms, and promotional materials.
- Confidentiality and Privacy: We are committed to maintaining your privacy. The Client’s privacy and anonymity will be strictly maintained in accordance with the terms of the Confidentiality Agreement and Privacy Policy sections above and all identifying information such as personal items, family photographs, or other sensitive materials will be either blurred, cropped, or excluded from any photos used for public or promotional purposes.
- Opt-Out Option: If you do not wish to have photos of your space used for any purpose other than documentation of the project, you may opt-out by notifying us in writing at any time.
9. Virtual Clutter Coaching Considerations
By engaging in virtual sessions, you acknowledge that these sessions are conducted remotely. It is your responsibility to ensure a stable internet connection and functional device. We will maintain the confidentiality of all discussions and images shared during these sessions.
10. Mutual Respect
Both parties agree to maintain a professional relationship characterized by mutual respect, courtesy, and cooperation.
- Professional Conduct: Both parties agree to interact respectfully and courteously at all times.
- Verbal Abuse and Harassment: Any form of verbal abuse, harassment, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in termination of services.
- Dispute Resolution: In case of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing any legal action.
11. Property Damage
We will take reasonable care to avoid damaging your property during the provision of services. In the event of accidental damage, our liability is limited to the cost of repair or replacement, up to a maximum of $500.
12. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with written notice. You agree to pay for all services rendered up to the date of termination.
13. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut.
14. Entire Agreement
This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings. Any amendments must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
15. Acknowledgment
By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
