A 2 ZEN Clutter Coaching is seeking a talented Freelance Workflow Systems Setup Specialist to assist in a one-time project to establish and automate our business workflows. This role is ideal for a freelancer with experience in setting up efficient and automated systems tailored to small businesses.
Project Scope
- Assess the specific workflow needs of A 2 ZEN Clutter Coaching
- Recommend and implement the most suitable tools from our list of preferred platforms, including Dubsado, MailChimp, Teamwork.com, WordPress, and Divi Theme
- Integrate these tools to create a seamless, automated workflow that enhances business operations
- Document the workflow process for future reference and ease of use by team members
- Provide training and support to ensure the team can effectively utilize the newly implemented systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the setup process
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in setting up and automating workflows using the specified platforms
- A deep understanding of business processes, with the ability to tailor workflows to meet our specific needs
- Strong technical aptitude, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to communicate clearly and provide effective training to non-technical users

Project Duration
- This is a one-time freelance project expected to last until the successful setup and handover of the automated systems
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required

Compensation
- As this is a one-time freelance opportunity, compensation will be a project-based package rate
